2. Services Provided

SWOT60 offers facilitated SWOT analysis sessions ("Services") delivered within 60 minutes, with results provided within 24 hours. Services are available as single sessions or quarterly packages.

3. Pricing & Payment

Single Session: $3,000 per sessionQuarterly Package: $10,000 for four sessionsCustom Pricing: Available upon request for consultants, departments, or non-profitsAll payments are due upon booking and are non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information during assessments. Unauthorized use of the Site or Services, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SWOT60 and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

SWOT60's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Maine.

8. Modifications

SWOT60 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
